Keith O. Williams is Executive Director of the Memphis-Shelby County Education Association. He is a proven leader and champion for teachers, children and public education in Memphis and Shelby County. Keith is a graduate of Melrose High School, Knoxville College, Trevecca University, and the University of Mississippi. He is married to his college sweetheart, Gloria Sherfield Williams, is the proud father of Dr. Mialika Watkins and Keith Chad Williams, and the proudest grandfather of Micah and Moriah Watkins. After 41 years of dedicated service, he retired from the Legacy Memphis City Schools and Shelby County Schools. Keith is committed to the success and empowerment of educators, and his motto is: “Together we win!”
Marguerite Fitchpatric is Executive Assistant to the President and Executive Director of Memphis-Shelby County Education Association. She serves as liaison to members of the Board of Directors, liaison to the Information Technology Department and interacts with Association members on a daily basis. Marguerite also served as the Technology Assistant and Receptionist for the Memphis-Shelby County Education Association from July, 2017 to June, 2019. Prior to her employment with M-SCEA, Marguerite worked as an Information Technology Specialist for the state of Iowa for 27 years; and graduated from Grand View University with a degree in Mass Communications. Marguerite, her husband, and youngest daughter left Des Moines, IA October 27, 2016 and headed to Memphis, TN to be closer to family. Marguerite’s passion for people has impacted and continues to impact many lives.
